Barcelona
Barcelona is one of the most dynamic, innovative and cosmopolitan capitals in Europe. It is an open city, welcoming and inclusive, diverse and sustainable. Facing the Mediterranean sea and surrounded by the Collserola mountain range, it is the epicentre of major artistic, cultural and social events. The experiences presented to our students by living and learning in a global environment like Barcelona permeate every activity at our school.
In Barcelona history and modernity coexist alongside the historical buildings in the old quarters of the city. The Eixample, a unique model of urban planning in Europe, comprises nine modernist UNESCO World Heritage Site buildings. The 1992 Olympic Games totally transformed Barcelona. Today, the city is a melting pot. Businesses, culture and leisure contribute to its wealth, and it hosts over 2,000 congresses and numerous festivals and cultural exhibitions every year.
Castelldefels
Castelldefels is a beautiful seaside town that lies south of Barcelona. The Mediterranean climate, with year-round sunshine and mild temperatures, allows our students to take full advantage of our open-air facilities and the wonderful combination of mountains and coastline which Castelldefels has to offer.
Castelldefels is an increasingly popular destination for expat families due to the proximity to Barcelona. The sports legacy of the Barcelona Olympic Games is evident in its world-class sports facilities. Our school occupies a strategic location, just a stone’s throw from several sports clubs such as the Olympic Canal, the Andrés Gimeno Tennis Club and the Granvia Mar Sports Club, where many school and after-school sport activities take place.
Sitges
Sitges is a beautiful Mediterranean coastal town located in the Garraf area. Sitges benefits from a year-round mild climate that makes it possible for our students to enjoy outdoor activities almost every day of the year.
Sitges is a convivial town which welcomes families from around the world. It is a vibrant, multicultural town, where numerous world-renowned cultural and festive events take place throughout the year, such as the International Fantastic Film Festival of Catalonia and the International Barcelona-Sitges Vintage Car Rally. The town also offers a wide range of sports and water-sport activities, including annual events such as the Half Marathon, the Triathlon, the Beach Rugby 7s championship, sailing regattas, and other sports tournaments.
